The private detectives, at the request of a natural or legal persons, shall be responsible for:
a) obtain and provide information and evidence on facts or conduct private.
b) The investigation of crimes prosecuted only upon application at the request of the legitimacy in the criminal process.
c) The surveillance shows, hotels, trade shows or similar fields. • These effects are considered private facts or conduct which affect the economy, employment, financial, and in general to personal, family or social life, except for taking place in the homes or places reserved.
• In the scope of paragraph: c) is deemed to be the major supermarkets and public buildings of great competition.
